Malta Residency Programs

The Malta Residency Card is issued within six months of completing the required investment, which includes a one-time, nonrefundable donation to the government and the purchase or rental of a government-approved real-estate property. This is a permanent residency that does not need to be renewed and does not require physical residency of the investor.

Full Contribution if renting a property
1. Government contribution amount: €98,000 2. Property Ownership: Rental rates of €10,000 in the South of Malta and Gozo and €12,000 the rest of Malta, respective annually 3. Mandatory donation of €2,000 to a Maltese registered NGO.
